Trump told reporters on Friday that he was okay with the hefty tariffs on China while enjoying the weekend at his Florida residence.

He boasted of his friendship with Chinese President Xi Jinping, saying, "And I think something positive is going to come out of that,"

White House Deputy Chief of Staff on Policy Stephen Miller wrote on X that the 20% tax on China for fentanyl still applies to certain electronic products.
