Real Madrid boss Ancelotti set for Brazil talks


 Before the 2026 World Cup qualifiers in June, Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti is scheduled to have more discussions on being Brazil's next coach.


The Brazilian Football Federation's (CBF) officials will meet with the 65-year-old Italian.
Ancelotti said that his future was "a topic for the next weeks, not today" after Real Madrid's crushing loss to Barcelona in the Copa del Rey final on Saturday in Seville.


Diego Fernandes, a Brazilian businessman who has been representing the CBF, was seen at the game, however.

Fernandes' most recent trip to Europe is reportedly part of a strategy to attempt to convince Ancelotti to accept the Brazil position as soon as the Spanish domestic season concludes.

That would entail Ancelotti departing Real Madrid before to the Club World Cup in the United States this summer.
